Maryam M

Maryam M is an Omani Internet activist who became a target of state repression due to her participation in online dialogues and discussions organized by fellow activist Ghaith Al-Shibli. Her work focused on intellectual and social topics, engaging citizens in debates on public issues through social media, particularly Twitter. She was arrested in July 2021 in connection with her participation in Al-Shibli’s online initiatives, which had gained widespread attention.
