Hassan Hadi is a civil society activist who was arrested on 25 October 2024 by the Ministry of Interior’s Intelligence Agency and charged with inciting protests in Dhi Qar. He was released on 2 December 2024 alongside several other activists following increasing public pressure and calls for justice.
