Fhami Al-Buraihi, Yemeni media worker and journalist with YMC TV, was attacked and prevented from covering a demonstration in Sanaa on 10 February 2016, alongside his cameraman Khaled Farhan. Both were assaulted by unidentified individuals, leading to Al-Buraihi being hospitalised after being beaten, this assault was part of a broader wave of harassment and repression of journalists in Yemen by armed groups and security actors.
