Maryam bint Youssef bin Ali Al-Nuaimi is an internet activist from Oman. On 7 June 2022, she was sentenced to three years in prison for “insulting religions.” After receiving a pardon from the Sultan, she was released on 30 April 2023. However, on 21 August 2023, she faced retrial on new charges related to her participation in a social media group with other activists, known as the “Ghaith spaces” case.
