Rebwar Karam is an Iraqi political activist and leader in the Coalition for Democracy and Justice. He was arrested on 26 June 2025 in Sulaymaniyah as part of a coordinated campaign by security forces targeting a planned demonstration. He was detained along with Ali Hama Salih, Dr. Ghaleb Mohammed and Omar Kulbi. All four political leaders were held at the Internal Security Directorate in Sulaymaniyah and released the same day.
