Tawfiq Al-Jand is a Yemeni journalist, known for his work in media and research related to Yemen’s political history and human rights. On 23 February 2024, he was arbitrarily arrested by Egyptian security forces after a raid on his home in front of his family. He was detained for a month before being deported to Aden on 23 March 2024.
